Prices - Services
Hearing systems are tailored to your hearing situation, your needs and the prevailing anatomical conditions. This work is billed at a flat rate as is customary in the industry by means of a service package and includes the following work:
- Measurement of hearing in soundproof and calibrated measuring cabin
- Individual hearing advice, e.g. device types, performance levels, price categories, each adapted to your personal hearing loss
- Trying out hearing systems in a familiar listening environment
- Monitoring the success of the adapted system
- All cleaning work for 5 years
- Annual overall check-up for 5 years (incl. hearing test and reprogramming)
The price for our service package is CHF 1895* for a binaural hearing system fitting. The package price for a monaural fitting is CHF 1,326*.
Accessories and earmolds are charged separately. Earmolds : CHF 150* I External receivers: CHF 130*
It is possible to purchase our service on a time and material basis. The rate for an adjustment on a time and material basis is CHF 170* per consultation. It goes without saying that readjustments and service after completion of the fitting work will be carried out on request and will also be charged at cost.
Our home visit service is charged according to the number of consultations at a rate of CHF 170* including travel costs.
Repairs to hearing systems and accessories are charged in accordance with the BSV repair tariff. The repair price is therefore made up of the manufacturer's repair costs, our processing fee of CHF 70.70* (customer consultation/hearing care professional share) and any additional postage incurred.
